We want you to love your Floafers, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return box.
Ship It Back
Securely pack your Floafers in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
